Cool spot! Loved learning about grains. Staff is super helpful and nice. Was able to find things for dairy free person and gluten free person. Also, the seeds Iβve gotten from Pueblo seed co throughout the years have been great.

It smelled good and tasted better. The sweet pastries were perfectβnot cloying! The coffee strong, the ground corn creamer (a Navajo product) a great non-dairy option. Loved the ambience and decor and only wished we lived closer.

One of the best things we did on our entire month long trip. Up there with Mesa Verde itself. Wonderful people making beautiful food. Tasty and unique, a must visit!!!

I love this little store. Their baked goods are so flavorful. They use old techniques to make nutritious, filling, and dense with local organic grains loaves and treats. I also stock up on beans and wheat berries for home use. I always spend more than I intend here because it's so good!

We are so lucky to have this business located in our home town, and we are sure others wish it was in theirs. May this agricultural, culinary, educational experience thrive for at least as long as the rare, heritage seeds and grains they work to preserve and serve on your plate. You cannot get anymore local and nutritious than this. They truly do everything from seed to table and everything in between. Each time we eat here it is like a spa equivalent of eating out - you really feel well cared for with each bite you take. And then of course we want to continue the experience at home by filling a bag with as much goodies as we can! A highly recommended experience.
